    Is that the hammer shifter for 94-00 Mustangs, PN 81001? I'm deciding what shifter to use for my C4 swap and it seems it might be the easiest one to modify to fit.

    yes thats the one. only a few out there that you can make fit in the stock location and do it nicely. the resr require you to move it into the console and cut it all up which Im not a fan of.

    Yeah I guess thats the one I'm going to order. You drilled the o/d button and put it there yourself correct? I wont have o/d with the C4 so I wont need one at all. Since mine will be a C4 I will have to buy the C4 adapter kit as well.

    the c4 kit works great!

    no, the shifter comes with the button on the right side. you can use it for anything

    Guess I will have to fine something else to use it for, already have switches for my nitrous and line lock. I've been looking around for ideas on how people used other shifters in their SN95's, but dont want it all cut up looking.

    if you do it right its not TOO bad



    a friend of mine makes aluminum panels for the console if you wanted ot put it in the center, closer to you. looks like this

    Wow that looks pretty nice too. How much does your friend charge for one of those aluminum panels?

    not too much...very reasonable. all cut out in a cnc. Ill get you his email if you want
