More Newbie Questions

In order to shift or even start the car, I have to push the clutch almost through the floor....I'm about to break my seat doing this. Is this a clutch cable adjustment that's easy to explain? :oops:

That would actually be a safety switch concern and not a clutch cable adjustment. When you push down the clutch pedal all the way, it causes the clutch safety switch to send a signal to the ECM so that the car will start. Without this switch, you would be able to start the car without pressing the clutch pedal. This could be DE-JA-VU of the Tumas/SHO incident.

You will either need to look under the dash yourself (ain't gonna happen) or have Tumas or Kirk see if they can make it so that the switch engages sooner so the car will start.

Still haven't perfected a quick launch, but I'm getting there. :D
