Hello everyone. New to the site and wanted to say Hi. I have two questions that I'm sure can be answered here:
1 - I have a 93 4 cyl coupe with an A4LD and I want to convert it to a stroked Windsor with an AOD or 4R70W behind it. I've looked for a post detailing all the parts needed for the transmission swap, but haven't found it yet. I have an V8 wiring harness from an AOD equipped car (A9P computer) but need to know what other parts are required to do it right.
2 - My engine will have 550-600HP and I need to know what is the best trans for that power level - AOD or 4R70W? Other than Lentech, who are other reputable builders of these transmissions?
