What year 4.6s had the old sbf bolt pattern?

Ok. Long story short, I threw a rod out the side of the block today, and a guy at work totalled his early 90s lincoln towncar. Motor is fine tho, and its a 4.6, just kinda making sure that it'll bolt up to mt 02gts 3650. The lincoln is an auto, what trans is in it? Is it a 4r70? If it is ill get it to, and do my auto swap w it(after doing some changes to it)

yes the lincoln will have a 4r70w
