JMO

go with adjustable struts and shocks, for the price of the stranges, you will only be spending a little bit more(roughly $100) than the lakewoods, Lakewoods tend to not last very long.

Again JMO, if your buying a new trac loc, get a 31 spline, and if your buying axles, get the moser 31 spline C clip axles, price wise you will be in the ball park and better set for more power down the road.

I recently replaced all my lakewood crap with the Strange stuff that Spence mentioned. The Strange struts and shocks are definitely far superior then the Lakewood stuff. Also like Spence mentioned, get yourself the 31 spline stuff now and you will have a nice solid foundation for anything you want to throw at the car down the road. A nice FMS 31 spline traction loc and the 31 spline moser axles and you will be set for a long time..

thanks guys, I will look into the strange struts and shocks.
everything but the rear is already installed and i think i'm gonna wait a while to tear it all apart again. i had a brand new tracklock installed right before i decided to rebuild the drivetrain.
i got the axles new from a good friend for $75.00 soi decided to go with this for now.
i do agree with you but can't really spend the extra money right now.
P.S. It's gotta hook better than before, would'nt you agree?
:lift:
thanks again,
mike
