You have the think with the big picture in mind. Even if you do a supercharger or whatever later, you will still need to upgrade the little things you mentioned anyway. You might as well do the mass air, tb, etc. now if you plan to do something like a sc later. Do all the little basic bolt ons that will give you a gain now.

Save your money and just get the blower. I went low 12s threw an AOD with just gears and exahust. But had to up grade the fuel system.

Personally I would build the car backwards. Let me explain.
Most people build up the motor, but then leave the rest of the car alone until somthing breaks. This is how I would build a car.
1. Install the normal bolt on stuff.
2. Build the rear axle up. 31 spline axles and 31 spline diff
3. Build the suspension up. All the power in the world won't help if you can't hook up.
4. Modify the transmission so it will hold the power you are planning on. If an automatic, do a rebuild with heavy duty pieces, but leave the converter alone until you build up the motor (its gotta match the enigne combo)
5. Build up the motor.
If you do it correctly the first time. It might seem like you are putting alot of money in the car at first, but it will end up costing you less down the road.
