nitrous valve leaking

When I open or close the valve it is leaking out of the valve. Do they sell rebuild kits or what can I do to fix it so I don't have to spend a couple hundred bucks on a new bottle.

Yes, you can get rebuild kits for the solenoids. Just call the manufacturer of the solenoid/nitrous kit, they'll have them.
