2nd Tranny Question?

If I were to stay with the AOD instead of swoping out for a manual could someone tell me how to go about beefing up the AOD to stand up to the abuse from the horsies.

lentech valve body, edge or pi converter, mech. diode conversion, red eagle cluthes and kolene steels , 2" kevlar od band, a or a+ od servo, hardend input shaft and a big tranny cooler. dont think i forgot anything. with labor $2000-2400 probably

Like he said, heavy duty bands/clutches, good input shaft, good converter, and a good valve body. I will have a Lentech Street Terminator calibration 3 valve body for sale in a few weeks if you are interested.

I might be interested in that valve body, will it work with an edge 3000 stall lockup converter?
