Ok my answer will probbly be easy but i have to ask... My car is a 5spd and my buddys car is an AOD.. We are going to swap.. Between the 2 cars we have every thing to do it right.. Will i have to buy any other things for it to work??

If you have two complete, fully functioning cars, then it will be a breeze. I've swapped from AOD to 5 speed (two different cars), and from 5 speed to AOD (also on two different cars), and the big stuff is always easy to find, but all the little gingerbread is what drives you nuts trying to find. With two complete cars, you should be all set.

Nothing but labor and time...

Exactly what Rel3rd said..if you have two complete cars there you should have everything you need down to the last nut and bolt. It's a simple R&R for the two cars in that case.

Ah sounds good then.. Do we need to swap computers? And i have a aluminum driveshaft can i keep that or does it have to be swapped to his?

You can keep your driveshaft and the computers as both are interchangeable, so you can keep them or swap them, it doesn't matter.

Follow this article (http://www.westcoastmustangs.com/articles/tech/t5swap/t5swap.html) and you can't go wrong. Do the pedal swap and the speedometer cable relocation first. Those are the two biggest PITA things to do. Once you get through those, it's a simple R&R through the rest of it. The only things you may want to buy now that I think of it are new rear main seals for each car, and a new pilot bearing for the car getting the t5. Don't forget to remove the pilot bearing out of the car receiving the aod, or the converter won't fit right. You also may want a fresh clutch if you don't know what you're getting in the swap.

The clutch would be for the other guy getting my 5spd right..

1 other ? is my car has Mac longtubes and O/R H... Will they fit the AOD??

MAC shows different part numbers, so probably not without hammer mods at the least...
