Posts: 203 Mine stalled around 34-3500 before I made a header swap which was perfect. I had some restrictive headers and the stall jumped to 4200 just by doing a header change. I contacted Edge and talked to Andre who said that I was ok as long as I shifted the car at a minimum of 2000 rpm over the stall speed and the car makes power at that rpm. I decided to just do the 5-speed thing instead now after getting a free donor car. Have you had a chance to Dyno the car yet? If not I would and then you will know if you need to have the converter tightened up or not. Good luck.

Think that vb would work for a while w/ stock converter? Also , I dont have to use the brake would I? Also , would it be smart buying a used converter? Id have to send it back in anyways to get it stalled around 2800-3000 for my car , basically has the same mods as yours , thanks..
