Bellhousing, extended clutch fork, clutch cable, firewall adjuster, clutch quadrant. If your buying the TKO new, it should come with the front driveshaft yoke, in which you will have to swap over to your existing driveshaft.
You are going to have to take your transmission crossmember, cut the spot welds on the sides and slide it back.
You will need a clutch pedal assm. It comes as one piece and its a huge PITA to install. Need to remove the drivers side of the dash (instrument cluster and bezel), the drivers seat, and drop the steering column to the floor.
Count on just the clutch pedal assm taking you at least one day (I don't know what your mechanical skills are).
And check out this link. A guy from this site did the same thing a few years back.

I'm curious and not being a smarta$$ - why would you want to stop using your AOD?

i just like the fact that it takes less hp to turn, can handle more hp, an there's just the "fun" factor of bangin through the gears.

I'll strongly disagree on the "can handle more HP" thing. Most High HP guys are running automatics, unless the class they are running requires a manual trans.
I know your going to say what about the Pro stock cars and such of the NHRA, but those transmissions are synchronizer less crash boxes with the clutch used only for launching and stopping. Other than that its just pull 4 or 5 levers to get in the next gear.

I also think that automatics are more consistent on shift points - especially with high HP when the rpm climb real quickly. . .
