The 164 bell should bolt no problem to the 3.8, and I am willing to bet you can use the stock 3.8L Flex if you find one...it should be big converter bolt pattern for your big c4 converter (that is what you will need)

Mounts might be the same...not sure...it is simple to mod the Xmember to make it work I am sure.

You might need a driveline even, it is a matter of measure and just working with it. Note you should check to make sure the yoke fits the C4 - it should, however if not, then you will want to use the AOD/C4 yoke (easy to find)

big C4 converter pattern is the same as AOD/AODE, the T5 mount will bolt to the C4 but the C4 mount is farther forward. I would try to move the engine back at least 1 inch and then the stock T5 driveshaft will work

ok up date: she is in half way rite now i've got six bolt's up top in . the bottom one's are a diffrent thread .does any one know what the thread and lenght for the lower bolt on a c4 are? tramn mount is a 3/8 off so just welding a plate to move it back and i'll just run a drive shaft spacer for now . but she's almost there:-D
