Rear Coil over spring rate??

Car weighs 3450 with me in it at the track and 3550 on the street. Just got some Varishock rear coil overs and need to get springs. whats recommended?? Thanks

12/150's is what i was told.

depends on rear weight and front vs rear normally 12"/150 but some have found 130's work well to

All of the suspension guys I have talked to recently said you want about 20-25lb lighter spring in the rear than you have in the front.
