GT-40 valves

Are the valves in a set of iron gt-40 heads bigger than a stock mustang E7 head? Whats the biggest valve I can put in my E7 heads that will still clear stock pistons on a 91 stock motor, is it 1.90 or 1.94 and will a 1.60 exhaust also clear the pistons?

if theyre not P heads they are 1.84. you can put a 1.9 and 1.6 in an E7 but you will have to flycut the intake relief on stock pistons

Anybody at home flycut pistons motor in car? Describe the process, please. :)

i actualy have a jig i made up to do this from an old cylinder head and a hand drill.

no but it requires and old valve,one cylinder of a head,piece of tool steel hand ground cutter welded to the valve,and hogging out the old valve seat on the head fro cutter clearance
