Open face / full face helmets sized the same???

I understand your concern as I have had a few ordered helmets that I wasn't sure about. The best way I came up with is to get the dimensions of my current helmet from the manufacturer and talk to the company of the helmet I want, and see if they are capatable. Under normal cicumstances they will have you lined out with no problems.
