Anti-Rollbar Questions

Hello all, I was wondering, at what point in a combo's progression is it beneficial to add an anti-roll bar to your car. I was curious what are the benefits of adding one? I'm just kicking around ideas to toy with this winter, Is this a VERY helpful addition or only a mod that minimally helps traction and chassis flex?

Any input would be greatly apprieciated.

you need one when the car does the famous roll over on a mustang. Thats when it looks like all your shit is on the passenger rear :)
