Did any stang come with these seat belt plugs??

Its basically plugs up the access hole for the torx bolt to fasten the seat belt to the floor. I havent seen em anywhere..Im not even sure if they were on the car when new. Its for a 90 stlye stang.

My 83 GT had'em I found replacement ones at lowes in the hardware section..50 cents a piece
