2000 Gt hits rev limiter

Hey there, I have a 2000 Mustang GT, i'm having problems with the car hiting the rev limiter from 1st-2nd gear at WOT. I have 4.10's installed and a edge converter 3000 stall. The car has already been retuned for the gear swap and adjusting the shift points changes nothing. I have read about the seperator plate mods, but that sounds kinda hit and miss to me.Any help would be greatly appreciated.And by the way great site.

The shift points will have to lower thur a tune(SCT) can adjust it. I'm not sure on any other tuner.
The RPM/Shift point are to high. The 4.10's accerate(spelling?) quicker than the comp can calculate.

The problem is about a 1/3 of the time the car will shift way before the limiter from 1st-2nd and then hit the limiter from 2nd-3rd. Under normal driving conditions there are no issues at all.
