You have to get the wing before the chute so they know how long to make the mount :)

I want to do one but my wife hates those fucking things, and she will shoot me a look every time she gets in the car if I put one on...

I have the same wing on my 96. Spence had to modify it to get it to fit right but he did a great job. I am not a fan of the raw aluminum look so I had mine painted to match the body.

I just had the same conversation with my wife this week too :( She told me how much she hated them and how it would kill my car. And she is usually supportive of everything :(

Mine still hates them, when it comes to friend's opinions, I actually get more "don't do it" remarks than "go for it" remarks... I also am a bit leery of doing one when the car doesn't need one either.

SOS is local to me. He is a good guy that makes some great parts. I run a set of his axle braces on my 8.8. I am not fast enough to need a wing though. LOL

I can't wait to see his V6 mustang in action this year.

Im doing the skinny kid wing, mostly due to it being longer and i like the winglets and struts look. SOS was my first choice, till i saw the skinny. As far as wifes opinion? Well, i guess i would tell her that she does have a walking option..lol But then, id ditch the old lady before my car. She knows it, thats not just me talking trash.

sos has a nice outlaw wing with the struts and looks like skinny kids. plus its $200 cheaper. only difference i see is the skinny kid one has the slots to help deploy the chute.

I like the wideth of the skinny kid as well as their winglets. Kinda forms to the body lines better imo.
