Took my car out on Sunday for some test-n-tune and had traction problems all day. Best pass was a 10.21@136.2 . I run the mt et street radials and i am getting tire spin right after launch. all last year they were pretty inconsistent but i still managed a few 1.48 60'. Sunday i got one 1.52 and the rest were mid 1.60's or worse. i even took power away and still couldn't get it done. would a true 28x10.5 et drag be a quick fix? i hate the idea of spending major dollars just to go a few tenths quicker. right now my low end tune is soft just to try and hook. here is a vid that shows the launch of a slower pass but is typical of all of them

I've always heard with the MT DR's, do your burn out standing still, when you've got the smoke rolling and the tire tempature up let off the gas... Don't roll out of the burn out... I've seen cars cutting 1.4-1.3 60' times with this method... It could also be track prep, cold pavement, or maybe something in the suspension needs to be adjusted, which I doubt if it was doing good before with no changes... Good luck either way :)
