What 5 lug set up for the front puts the front tires under the car more?
A sn95 set up or a mark 7?
I see pics with mark7 and the front tires are tucked in the well nice and ona sn 95 conversion they stick out. This is comapring the 1995 spindle..And is suposed to have same track width but Im thinkin the hub vs rotor difference plays a role in this matter.
Thanks

did you see the same car with the same wheels and the different setups?
which wheels were actually on the car? the ford wheels with the recommended backspace of 5.75 on a 17x8 wheel will not stick out, while a 17x9 or 18x9 will. (03 cobra wheels)

yes and yes. 15" pro star.....I already found legitimate proof. The 94-95 spindles make your stock track width 10.7mm wider than stock the 96+ add an extra 8mm to that number. Add a spacer to those numbers and its gets really close. i have done 3 5 lug conversions and when runnin a FORD wheel never had a problem but now i am. Its night and day if you gain 1/2"-5/8" per side. Most think 94-95 spindles keep stock track width but that is a false statement. They hold close to stock and in most cases are not a problem but the more you search the matter the more info and problems you see others have.
