i have an 89 lx convertible.. automatic.. a few mods and my best 1/4 time is 14.4 at 99 mph.. is this good for being auto conv. ?? ive got new flowmaster ex 2 1/2 w/ catback. perfomer gt intake, cold air kit, underdrive pulley, bbk shorty headers.

I'm not a fox guy, but it sounds like you need gears, and if your budget allows, a better trans. and torque convertor. I'd bet you could pull 1.2-1.4 seconds off that ET. A 4R70W with manual valve body and a proper stall speed convertor along with 3.73 gears would be like getting a whole new car.:-D

Yea thats a good time, stock motor but with 4.30s, shortys, exhaust went the same time more MPH with like a 2.10 60. I was blowing the tires off.
