I am on a temporary break from racing..................trying to find a house. So what's the latest reports from those of you who are racing.?

I am on a break due to Sam being born....I am going to setup my appointment with Rhodes pretty soon and also drop the tranny and get the coverter shipped out soon hopefully.

That would be my next step also Eric...................getting my converter tightened up that is. I'm hoping to see a significant improvement when complete. I also have a set of METCO lowers still sitting in my trailer waiting to go on.................been lazy :D

.........and it's too f'ing hot to race anyway.

Its ben about 110 and such....Last night they had a huge midnight drags it was from 11pm until sunrise this morning....

I was gonna go, but my Simpson harness just went out of date last month, and my M/T front runners are bald like my E/T drags...LOL Sucks...

But when it was 11pm last night, and it was 90 degrees still....i went to sleep.....LOL

I drive my car all the time so at least every weekend i get into a couple races...Still havent lost yet...Closest i came was to a Z06 with a bottle....But i had race gas, and beat him by a car length, and when it was over i looked down, and my BTM was on 3!!! HAHAHA!

You aint kinding about the heat....I was driving up 95 at 12:30 and got stuck in VET traffic.....and had to pull over for 10 minutes and run the e-fan to cool the 65 down....it got up to 220 in stop and go traffic over about a 3-4 mile stretch.

That is cool 8) ..............I've never heard of anything like that. Is that a regular thing, or is it just to try to beat the heat out there in Arizona.?(i beleive)

No they only do it once or twice a year, and from what i heard it was full of rice all night...>LOL a friend of mine said nothing but 16-20 sec passes all night...hehe

Damn ricers are evrywhere, and man are thewy persistent.... :D
