Hey Eric,
Have you had any problems with your art carr toque converter? I purchased a c-4 and 9.5 converter from them and have had nothing but problems with the trans. I finally had my brother in law go through it and found it didnt have the good clutches etc. inside. They did reimburse me for the money i put out but it is really a pain to pull the trans with long tubes etc. Now i think the sprag broke in the converter and im a little scared to send it back to them. I see a lot of people running there converters and the car did 60ft. good. Anyway just wanted to get your input.
thanks

I am on my second converter from them, and I have never had a days trouble with either. Their service has been awesome, and the converters are great. I know several others who run them as well, and they have never had any problems with them either. Is your problem with the converter or the tranny itself?

i agree that there service has been awesome. they have taken care of any problems, it is just the hassle of removing it to fix things. im not 100% it is the converter. the trans hasnt been torn down yet but if you put the input shaft in the converter every things moves around a lot. im going to send it to them and have them check it and lower the stall a little bit. there is no resistance turning the input shaft in the converter either direction so i better have it checked. thank you for you input
