Had fun and def. agree with you on the politics....but cars shows ARE always like that. That's why I'm glad CCR had a good turn out....that's what got me a trophy :)

Just like voting for class president in grade school.....the best candidate doesn't win, the person with the most most friends does.

Eric was stoked to be at his first show. But unfortunetly, when the reality of car show politics sunk in, he left there a bitter, twisted freak. :D
...........when we were leavin' I think I heard him mumbling somethin' bout a graphics kit and some multi-colored wire loom. 8)

You should have seen it up close. Lets just say it was interesting. Its amazing what a blank check can get these days. BTW, the license plate on that Roush said MNY2BRN - money to burn.

Great pics guys..congrats to all!! Show cars, track cars, club cars..no matter which type, there are usually a few assholes. I can never understand how some people show cars, then get annoyed if you ask a question or want to talk shop.

Eric, I totally feel ya on the car show politics...I went to ONE, once, with Barney...a week after getting it painted, and had people whining that I was in the wrong class and shit, then they made me move to Modified Custom or some crap, and at the time the engine was damn near bone stock, and N/A....

Coincidentally, all show 1st place winners were members of the club who sponsored the show... :roll: Maryland Mustang Club...The guy asked me if I wanted to join, I laughed and drove on home...looking better than 90% of the cars there...

Car Shows blow... :wink:
