4R70W and AODE tech stuff

I did a search for 4R70W in this section and there wasn't too much. I just got done doing a tear down on mine, and found alot of good tech articles on TCCOA (Thunderbird&CougarClubofAmerica), The tech stuff pretty much applies to aode & 4r70w trannies. With their help and the shop manual I was able to get my blown 4R70W back in shape and even upgraded some stuff. And that was the first time I EVER had an auto apart. LOL
