Just found out there is a car show in Newark on Sunday

I know it is not exactly the kind of fun ya'all are used to having on the strip, but now that the FB is on the road again I figured I would take it up there and hang out for the day. Its at the Ford dealer one street over from main...I think it is called Winner Ford

That's on Cleveland Ave...it's about 5-10 minutes off of I-95 exit 1 or 3 depending on which way you're coming from. I just put the street tires on..I might be game :)

That would most likely be the Winner Ford/First state mustang club car show, it is located in the winner ford new car lot sunday may 16 :wink: also the NSCA race is going on at cecil this weekend.

What does it cost?registration starts at 9am and the trophys will be presented at 2pm i think its $10 to show and they give hotdogs and drinks :wink: i havent particapated in this show in a about 4yrs, when i actually used to show my car. you should atleast drop by id like to meet you and would love to see your car.

Shoot up 896 and go through Downtown Newark.....turn left after you leave downtown (shopping center where the Sears Hardware is) and go to the second light and make a left. If you turn at the first light you would just end up driving through downtown newark again since it has too street one way each direction.

Well.....the header is all fixed, the temp runs a little cooler, the car is all shined up, and I got it back in the garage just before the big boomers came through. I am all set. Look forward to seeing a few of you guys tommorrow.....and eric....make sure you bring me an XL ;)

I'm beginning to think you really don't exist Scott...you never show up anywhere :lol: :lol: well my car is down(MAF is at Pro-m right this minute :( )i was gonna show my sisters mystic but my nephew didnt clean it up last night(hell im not doing it thats too much like work)i actually was gonna introduce myself to VANZ last night at fox run but he had his cell phone glued to his ear at the time :wink: i snapped a pic of his car BTW along with others i'll post up later. glad you guys had a good time, and the politics/favorites thing at car shows is why myself and my family no longer show our cars.
