Ive had my mustang for a couple years and I dont drive it much in the cool weather because I get a check engine light under 55 degrees.. over that it runs fine.... well the last 2 weeks or so I have had a bad hesitation and a lot of snap cracle pop from the intake.. Ive had mustangs run bad for the first couple minutes before with the snap crack pop from the intake but its seems to be really bad now.. Any suggestions? I havent did any mods in months, seems to be due to the cold weather..

Does it go away as the car heats up or is it there all the time?

You should start by checking all the basics like timing, fuel pressure. Also need to check your mass air meter. What code does the check engine light give you when it comes on?
