what is all involved with changing to cogs besides swapping the pullies, is it necessary to change the tensioner?

is this a passenger or drivers side setup and are you talking about 35mm cogs or 50mm cogs?
pass side
i didn't know there were two different sizes
i would guess the smaller of the two due to fan shroud clearance

yeah you cant run a 50mm on the pass side without major changes. you can get the vortech 35mm cog pulley pack, comes with the upper and lower pulleys and tensioner pulley, belt and all hardware to install, still uses your supercharger tensioner plate too. Look to spend around $475-500 shipped. I dont have an exact price but if you email me at the shop I would be glad to quote you on it.

if your going to change to a cog set-up you should have the heavy duty bearings in your head unit or bad things could happen.
(I DON'T KNOW WHAT HEAD UNIT YOUR USING SOME COME WITH THEM BUT SOME A-S TRIMS DON'T)
hope this helps
