the cable hold bracket? You are missing that from this pic, or is this a pic of what you have now?
The brackets are PITA to get, and mostly come from donor/junk yard stuff.

that would be a tough one....maybe ford dealer....but my best choice is hit the yards and find a mustang or similar with that bracket....don;t forget to look over the PILE of trans they typically keep for core buyers...might find one just hanging out there on a trans two bolts from home :)
