Well guys I thought I was almost done this summer, but I hit a interesting snag.
95 Mustang
4R70W w/ Torque Converter that came with the trans.
Reused stock spacer plate between block and 4R
I bolted the new trans. up and there is about a 1/8" gap. Between the converter pads and the flex plate.
The space looks about as thick as the factory spacer between the block and trans.
I'm afraid if I bolt down the T/C to the flex plate it will pull the converter forward and it wont be seated properly!
What the heck did I do wrong?
