wonder if it will pick up?

Ill just let the graph do the talking. We ran out of time (noise ordinances) but this is

($12/gal) VP109 @ 25 degree's of timing

vs

($3.29/gal) E85 @ 25 degree's of timing

what fuel system changes did you have to make to run E85? I have 60lbs injectors and cobra pumps with a BAP and i would love to run E85, just dont have the coin to move to larger injectors and maybe pumps

Great info. As soon as I get everything together and am comfortable with my ability to tune, I'm changing to E85. I built my fuel system to take it so it'll only be a matter of switching injectors.

Fatstang - you should be able to get a fair amount of $ out of those 60's to put toward a big boy set. You can pick up low-z 160's (size I need) anywhere from the $350 - $400 all day long.

you would probably be ok up to about 500hp with that setup. The limiting factor would be the pumps first i think.

I did a whole big dog return setup should be good for the life of the car (1200+hp)

When we did the E85 conversion on mine, we kept the 190 lph pump, bumped up to 42 lb injectors and a 90 mm MAF. Keep in mind that I am not making near the power you guys are, but it has helped alot. I picked up 15 hp and 22 ft/lbs at the wheels over 91 octane pump gas. This is also my daily driver. I had a shop do the switch over and he put a SCT flip chip on it so I can still run regular gas if I am in an area I cannot get E85.
